3. Prizes are valid for 30 days after winning, after which they expire. You can ship 3 or more prizes for free per delivery. Otherwise, a shipping fee will be charged.

1. A substitute item is an easy-to-grab tool used instead of the actual prize, but you will ultimately receive the prize shown.
2. If multiple items fall into the hole in one game but you only receive one prize, you can apply for compensation points for that game (Application route:【Complaints】→【Find the relevant video】→【Complaint: Multiple items caught, apply for one game compensation points】).
3. What to do if trouble occurs during the game:【Game Interface】→【Complaints】→【Find the complaint video】→【Submit complaint】. Complaints are generally processed within 1-3 business days.

1. You cannot cancel after applying for shipping. You can change recipient information and remarks before shipping. Once shipped, information cannot be changed.
2. If you cannot find shipping information for several days, please contact customer service for confirmation.
3. If shipping status hasn't updated for several days, please contact the shipping company or customer service.
4. For out-of-stock items, you can contact customer service to exchange for an equivalent prize.
